The wost hotel experience ever. First room brown stuff on blanket, deodorant left in stand. Bathroom used bar of soap and dirty, towels nit replenished. Second room tampon left in bathroom trash can all you smelled was that once you opened the door. Third room no blankets on either bed and none to put on the bed. Elevator spilled liquid dried up and just gross. No one takes the time to mop any floors in the entire building starting with entrance. This is not acceptable. They agreed to cancel the reservation and refund the money.

Looks like hotel may be going through a renovation. I had an older kind of run down room. It still fit my need for a nights rest. Amenities are very dated. The water was hot for a shower, that was a plus. Very courteous front desk during check in and out. Bathroom trash can was not emptied from previous guest. Overall just average.

The room was okay. Maintenance (trash collection, grounds were littered, broken glass in one entrance) was shoddy. Only one elevator worked, and it was a mess, floor was trashed, railings were gone or hanging. The food was DREADFUL! Staff was nice.

No cleaning at all the room after 4 days, breakfast area very cold no heating, bad or not working internet, breakfast room with huge piles of mattresses and furniture disposal, elevator super dirty and way broken or missing flooring, scraped walls and not working, water was disconnected for several hours without notice and careless after bringing concern, the guest is treated like a stranger and reception is helpless, poor supply of breakfast, cold,... In brief super super bad, almost forgot no fan vents in the bathrooms. Never come back to Wyndham's

The hotel is dated and in need of care and repair. Elevator indicator lights on the panels inside and outside the elevator don't work, the floor of the elevator was a pile of loose tiles, trash was thrown all around the outside (why didn't one of the employees get a few trash bags and pick it up), the carpet needed cleaning, the breakfast room was not heated, light bulbs in the room need replaced, and so on. The price was amazingly affordable, the bed was comfortable, the pillow was great, the room had a stylish chair, and the TV worked perfectly. With just a little work, the hotel could be good, maybe even great.

The lobby and hallways were cold. No heat. The elevator floors were tore up. The breakfast was not hot maybe lukewarm. There were strips in room near floor trim that were not tacked down. You could see furniture stacked in rooms.

Hotels under renovations which is not disclosed until check in. Indoor pool and hot tub were closed which was the reason for choosing this hotel. Elevator looked unsafe because of no railings and torn flooring. First room was cold and many of the electrical outlets did not work correctly. 2nd room the heat worked and was adequate. The staff was very friendly and tried their best to accommodate because of renovations. It’s also not in the best area.
