The shower was stained with mold. The covers as well had ink stains and an unidentified black smear. The staff at breakfast as very kind.
Overall excellent experience! There were some minor issues encountered initially, but the way the staff and management went over and beyond to resolve the concerns and to ensure our stay was superb outweighed those aspects. Iesha at the front desk, Levern in housekeeping, and the breakfast attendant have a winning personality that make them a valuable asset to their company. Even the other night staff member and morning check out member. From staff to management, the comfort, size, and room ammenties made this an excellent stay. Will be our first choice when in town!
We stayed at this property the week prior to this visit and it was not a great experienced. This visit was much better; the AC was working properly, the pool was open so the kids were happy and there was a better breakfast selection since we were there on the weekend.
The pool was unavailable but we were able to take the kids to their sister property to swim. The AC pan was leaking making to floor wet under the unit in the bedroom causing the room to smell very musky. The bedroom exhaust fan needs a new bearing; it was very loud. We were not impressed with the breakfast options. They don’t offer waffles during the week and they didn’t have any pastry/ muffin options at all. The eggs were cold.
The staff here are amazing! The room was in need of a true deep cleaning. The breakfast was very limited and disappointing. The woman working the breakfast area was the one great thing about breakfast.
Double queen rooms are not as described on the website. There is no sleeper sofa in the room, just two padded chairs. They cannot sleep six without added rollaway beds.
Property was outdated, carpets, fixtures, lobby were all dirty. Definitely doesn’t meet the standards of a Marriott owned property! I will never visit that location again.

One of the elevator did not work, water pressure in the room was very low. One of the staff doing breakfast time was telling sad personal business around customers.
Very clean, comfortable and nice amenities whether for one night or several. I come here every time I am in this area.
There are not locks on the bedroom doors. Housekeeping left large trash bags in the hall way. Continental breakfast was very disappointing not worth coming down for. A lot of activity that seem somewhat suspicious around parking lot area a lot of in and out of hotel rooms.
Awesome place to saty!!! Will look for a Towne Place Suites to stay at everywhere I go from here on!!!!!

My whole family stayed here for a high school graduation event. The rooms were plenty large and very clean. There's an outdoor pool and two outdoor seating areas. There's a small gym with cardio equipment only. The breakfast is pretty good; the attendant there was excellent and made sure you have everything you need. Staff at front desk was pretty good too. I asked for a "do not disturb sign" and a remote; both were missing from my room. And my parents asked for towels and learned they were out. But then the staff found two.
The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfy. I read an earlier review that criticized the beds for being too hard and the pillows too soft...I laughed, because I very much PREFER a firm bed and a feathery pillow. I don't like the sponge-like pillows that bounce my head back to the starting line! Breakfast was the usual waffle/yogurt/fruit bar, with a couple of extras like Jimmy Dean sausage biscuits. Good, rich coffee. Free wireless with no pesky passwords.
