Staff was very friendly and accommodating. My wife commented that she's never felt more welcomed at a property and she was greeted, by name, and made to feel a truly welcomed guest at every interaction. Her selected room was not available when she checked in, but the staff bent over backwards to make everything right for her and it's that attitude that makes all the difference. She told me to make sure she stays there anytime we're back in the area.
Complimentary washers/driers, gym and kitchenette make this hotel a good fit for extended stays. It is not the newest facility, so don't be surprised if a faucet leaks for part of the coffee pot is not all there.
Needed a quick stay while my child was recovering from surgery
Staff was friendly. I felt safe and comfortable. The rooms needs more attention. The carpet needed cleaning, the curtains need changing, and do not reuse laundry bags, wipe down cabinets and furniture. Other than that, excellent area . Lots of dining and shopping. Safe area.
Old. Remote volume not working. Lights on wall not working. Icemaker in freezer not working.
A/C didn't work in our room. The TV was missing from our room... no replacement available. 4 of 5 light bulbs were out or missing. Toilet paper holder was broken. Bathroom door wouldn't shut all the way.
There was musty/mold smell in hallways and room. Staff was nice and friendly. Very acommodating and pleasant staff.
Like the size of the room the room was very clean.With all the pets in here didn't hear anything

I enjoyed my stay here, the staf was very polite and friendly. The room was up to par! And very decent price you don't have to be filthy rich to stay in a fancy room! The only thing I disliked was the cubboard, I didn't stop by Walmart the night before, didn't have any eggs or real breakfast food to cook but they had plenty of microwave food which is good but not if you like to prepare your meals.CClose to mall!
Our home had no power because of an ice storm. Booked a room and was pleased with what we got for the value. They even allowed our small dog which was great. Room was nice and clean, staff was helpful in every way they could.

Stayed only one night, therefore this review should not indicate the true value of this hotel. We should have stayed at a cheaper place because we only stayed at the hotel approximately 6 hours, which is not enough time to enjoy.
