The rooms are big, but not the best. Had tape holding several things together. Most frustrating was that we needed sheets for both the roll away as well as an air mattress we had with us and the front desk manager refused to give us any more than one sheet for the roll away. Must climb MANY steps to get to the lobby! There is no “ground level”. Then you must get through two sets of manual doors to get through the lobby, all while carting your luggage. Check in was the longest I have EVER experienced. The room was clean and comfortable with a microwave, fridge and coffee maker.
Great clean hotel. The staff was amazing. Great breakfast! The only thing I didn’t like was the hard kind size bed, gave us an aching back. Overall it was a fantastic stay!
Traveling from south Texas, this hotel has always been a good stop after a day's travel. Clean with a good breakfast buffet.
