"Overall good experience. After seeing our original booked room, it was very small and didn’t have a fridge and we requested an upgrade which was easy. The new room was much better. However, the shower curtain didn’t have a liner so water would cover the floor which was very problematic for slipping. We weren’t able to find towels for the hot tub area so towels were used up quick. The kitchenette was great. Bed was comfy but I wish the comforter would have been thicker. Parking was very good, and we got complimentary bus access. The elevator needs to be replaced, it is VERY slow and buttons don’t work half the time. Overall good experience."
