The room smelled like glue. The flooring, and pictures on the wall were falling apart. The bed was less comfortable than a sleeping pad. And to top it off half way through the trip my smoke detector went off and when I went to the front desk about it they were completely unsurprised as it must happen all the time and sent someone to change it.

The room was neglected for 3 days straight. We left our trash outside the door and put the tag outside requesting cleaning to make it easier but still no cleaning was done. No one topped our tissue paper and bottled water even after calling front desk so we just ended up buying it to make it easier. The pictures for the fitness center are misleading. They probably need to update their advert images so atleast fitness junkies can plan their stay better. It's a booking on budget yes and in the heart of many shopping places but it shouldn't compromise service.
