Dirty poor service no services no daily maid not at all what I expected

CCTV must be installed on every floor. Barefooted kids(Micronesian) are seen playing in the lobby. Overall the hotel isn't a tourist preference.

It was bad. Room was old and run down. No upkeep of the hotel. No running water. Room was big.

Experienced 3 false alarm, the room and hotel smells bad, stained carpet, it’s just a terrible hotel to stay, definitely will not recommend to anyone

broken windows when u r in lobby, breakfast had bugs flying around, towels in room were stained, where is the health department!?!?!? water is not hot just warm. Worst stay of my life. cant wait to go back to asia!

The hotel common areas were filthy. Broken windows in the lobby, mold in the ceilings, stained carpets that looked to have never been cleaned. The room was spacious but not clean. I arrived to a dirty bathroom with visible mold and dead insects. Also the cups provided smelled like beer and were unclean. The cleaning crew "cleaned" during my 4 day stay, but only made up the bed, they did not change the linens at all, even after I specifically asked. The hotel staff were very pleasant, the one upside to my stay. My trip was prepaid through Orbitz and the rest of Tumon was booked, the only reason I did not check out!

The Carpet in the hallway is water damaged and stained. The Hotel needs updating in every aspect. Tile repairs necessary in front of the lobby. This could be a nice hotel one day but it needs attention.

First, I tried to check in at 3pm and was told my room would not be ready for a couple hours because I had made 'last minute' reservations (same day) I went to dinner and shopping and came back several hours later and still had to wait 20-30 minutes to get a room. Upon entering room, the smell was bad, floor disgusting, wifi didn't work and bedding/pillows smelled like pee/body odor. I called front desk about wifi and they sent someone to fix it (took about 1hour) I called housekeeping asking for new pillows, they brought new pillowcases. The pillows smelled so bad I ended up covering them with bath towels. At 6am a loud blaring alarm went off and loud speaker saying emergency! evacuate the building! Do not use elevator (I was on the 11th floor!) I called the front desk and was told it was a false alarm. Ten minutes later they announced over loud speaker that it was a false alarm. I went back to bed and housekeeping pounded on and opened my door at about 8:30. When they saw me still in the room they said, 'you checking out today?' I said, 'yes, what time is checkout?' They said, '11:00 we'll come back later.' I paid $160 (through orbitz) for a long, dirty, horrible night! The picture is of the floor at entrance and one of the whole room.
