The hotel was an easy walking distance to a beautiful white-sand beach, the main shopping areas and a lot of restaurants and cafes. The room was clean,, the staff was courteous. We had a few issues (no hot water, dripping toilet) but they were fixed within 1 hour of reporting them.

I’ve stayed here before but never in the rooms I got today. I payed $200 for the night to not even stay in an updated room. It was roomy but the bathroom was on horrible condition. I didn’t even want to take a shower or walk around without shoes. Wish the pictures would have portrayed this. And I payed for an upgrade that was suppose to have upgraded fast speed WiFi but it was the same WiFi I have used before. If I would have known I would have saved my money :(

The convenient store that suppose to be open 24 hours was not open.

Hotel was nice they are doing renovations. Will recommend and the price was awesome. I could stay there again if I had more time.

Worst hotel on Guam, dirty and run down. The wifi did not work as advertised,, in fact the room had no wifi. Also the room was dirty, the sheets were wet, and the bathroom was disgusting.

The hotel was "older" but clean and well maintained. It appeared to be a combination hotel and condo arrangement, with the condos being on the other side of the grounds. I felt safe in my room and on the grounds. The front desk staff was courteous. A few minutes after I arrived in my room the front desk called to ask if everything was satisfactory with my room. The air conditioner needed to be rebooted when I arrived. A few minutes after my requested a maintenance person came to do that and the AC worked well after that. This facility had an onsite restaurant (Korean style I believe) but I did not eat there. It also had a very well stocked sundries store with just about everything a traveler might need. I bought a few snacks. The prices were reasonable. I usually stay at the Marriott for location, services, and points when in Guam. I would stay at this facility again for a short term stay as it was half the price of the Marriott and the value was good.

For me everything seems to be in very good rating. We had a good experience and the stay was very comfortable.

Location is very close to the shopping center and a few minutes walk to the beach. Room is a bit oudated but clean. We were ugraded to a deluxe room for free, with a balcony overlooking the view of the nearby shopping malls, water park and the beach. Overall, we really had a great stay and will come back if ever given a chance.

this hotel really caters to longterm stays - LOTS of military. The rooms are very tired & could use some REAL attention. The staff very nice & accommodating. The internet is spotty. BUT - compared to the other chain hotels right on the beach - this is just a bit off the main row (definitely walkable) & on the tourist bus route - & the price is SOOOO much better. & honestly - the military guests were all more than polite (maybe too much) & neat to see. Also - besides the military the other major people group - Japanese tourist - FAMILIES

this hotel is conveniently located and within walking distance to the beach. very average in all other aspects.

The staff was amazing! The FREE breakfast was freshly cooked when you ordered! The locations was GREAT. The view was amazing! The pool was just right! I would stay there again! Thank you for having us!

Great location if you want to be off the beaten path and don't mind average but spacious accommodations. Three beds for three of us. $25 taxi fare from airport but $4 trolley is available to visit malls and other tourist attractions. Several nice shops nearby walking distance and nice Steakhouse just in front of hotel. Breakfast selection and quality was better than expected.

We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it's apparent in this case that we fell short.
