Service is so poor I went up and down with my 2 luggage’s because they can’t get the room keys correct! At one point they gave me a key and someone was still in it. The room they gave me was so dirty and the door will not lock without slamming it. Staff don’t care there the pool was so dirty there is dirt or mildew at bottom of the pool being alone the water was black. I will not stay or recommend that place!!!

Granted, this property is privately owned, but as much as the rooms cost, I would have thought this place would be better kept. On the positive side, the outside breakfast area has a great beach view and a fine breakfast; but that's where it stops. Our room was anything but comfortable: from the filthy looking carpet, the AC that blew cold air no matter what we set the thermostat to, the shower that dribbled water, and hot flashes like everyone was flushing their toilets and a bed that we could feel the springs through. Oh, and our "garden view" room that overlooked the trash and jet ski maintenance shop. Not nice. and never again.

Staff was great, they did all they could do, but phones did not work and Wifi was sketchy. The property has been cleaned up since I was there last, but the room carpeting was filthy. It would probably be better if they just went with tiles in the rooms. Staff was excellent however. The one store in the hotel for purchasing snacks etc closes early at 8:00 pm and opens late. My wife complained of no coffee maker in the room.

The hotel staff is a crew of kind-hearted souls who make your stay at the Santa Fe fun and stress-free.

Room key worked half the time, king size bed was two twins pushed together, Internet was down the entire time, giant stain on the ground, pool was cloudy and dirty looking. However, the staff was very nice and personable and the cleaning staff was great too.

They lied about “breakfast”. Charged a LOT more on the room rate for two breakfast coupons that I could only redeem for coffee and toast. The Santa Fe Grill also charged $20 for each of its burgers; probably worth $8-$10 at other local restaurants. Room was severely outdated. It felt like a motel in the desert, not an oceanfront property. View from oceanfront room was mediocre (obstructed). I recommend staying further north up near Tumon Bay; worth the price increase, especially if you travel by taxi from the airport. Tumon Bay has all the nice downtown area in walking distance from the beach.

The place needs a great deal of updating! Rooms were musty and beds were old. We were only given one small towel each. Would not recommend to anyone to stay there.

Hotel was in a great location, but overall experience was extremely disappointing. The hotel itself was rundown and old, the rooms smelled like mildew and had the carpeting had mold on the edges and stains throughout and the wireless internet never worked. The only other positive was the friendly staff. Would not recommend.

Front desk were very professional but room so so carpet was not clean... over all can’t complain..

Horrible, dingy, dirty hotel, service at the bar was way below average, this hotel is not habitable in my book. DO NOT STAY HERE AT ALL EVEN IF YOU ARE DESPERATE. The only good thing about this hotel is the staff at the front desk they were very nice and moved me to a new room. The housekeeping staff are dirty and DO NOT CLEAN THE ROOMS AT ALL.

Location was great and staff was wonderful. Even little restaurant and bar was good. Only negative was the pool was dirty and then closed for 2 days while We were there so weren't able to enjoy it as much as we liked. Airport shuttle was good service too.

Beware, ask to check your assigned room BEFORE you check in to this hotel. They require you prepay your entire stay when you check in and will not give you any refund if you want to check out early even because of the poor room conditions. I know this is low price accommodations and you get what you pay for but come on it needs to be clean and maintained. The only two positives things I have to say about the room is the air conditioning worked well and it was a room that had a new flat screen tv. This hotel is very dated and badly needs a facelift. I can live with dated furnishings and limited amenities if things are maintained and clean but our room was filthy. The wifi is terrible and you have to go to the lobby to connect and then go back to your room and try to randomly connect to various routers. The front desk just told us to keep trying them until one connects. We stayed on the second floor and were able to finally connect to the 5th floor router. You need to go to the front desk every day to get new passwords which sometimes worked, We never could stay connected and ended up using our cell phones as hot spots. The king size bed is two singles pushed together. The mattress was fairly comfortable but the box spring was torn open on the edge and the yellowed foam was visible. The linens were threadbare at best and they sandwiched a full size blanket between two sheets to put on a king size bed. The bedspreads were dated and one had what looked like burn holes all o

Everything about this hotel is dated and worn. The beds are worn out. My king size bed was two twins pushed together. The carpets are worn, stained and dirty. The bed linens and towels are threadbare. Housekeeping consisted of making the bed and taking out the trash. Bed linens weren't changed regularly. I had to ask for clean towels at the front desk at least 4 times. They never cleaned the shower or toilet. Talked to the manager and she said she was having a staff meeting and would get it taken care of . Didn't even get an apology. A "housekeeping supervisor" said she would be taking care of my room so it would be done right. She changed the bed linens but didn't clean the shower or toilet. I was stuck at this hotel for 11 days because the good quality hotels were sold out due to a holiday.

really marginal Wi Fi experience each device in each location each time has to logged in. so alot of time spent going to the front desk Since the phones in the hotel dont work and getting more log in and password s good staff trying hard handicapped by penny penny pinching management/leadership.

Very nice accommodations for very low budget. I was pleasantly surprised at the beach access and outside restaurant with 2 man band playing local favorites.

So I made a mistake on my order when I booked the night. It was the one in the morning and I booked the stay in for the same day just so I could sleep there and till the morning. Check in time wasn’t until 3 PM though. As I explained this to the clerk up front, he just ignored me and attended another customer who got there 5 minutes after I did. Then he said there was nothing he could do. He told me that I would just have to buy Another room for the right time. I called Orbitz and they told me they would see if he could switch the rooms for the right date frame without additional charge. I was literally in front of the clerk as he was called by Orbitz and without a hassle he immediately said that yes he could make those arrangements. This really annoyed me because I did not understand why he couldn’t just help me whenever I asked him rather than having to have Orbitz call him. Then after he hung up the phone with Orbitz, he kind of harassed me by saying and asking me questions about if I just had my friend call saying that they were Orbitz because if so then he was going to get in trouble. This kind of push the limit on my experience here because he called me a liar or a cheat by saying this. I do not appreciate the customer service received here by the hotel. The room however was decent, the TV was a very outdated old school box TV with about 13 channels. Really I didn’t watch the TV though because I was just there to sleep. The hotel room is all right for less than $80

Beautiful location and super friendly staff. The hotel is older and doesn’t have all the bells and whistles of other resorts in the area, but for the price the location absolutely makes it worth it. I would absolutely stay here again!

Hotel is in front of the beach but beach is not well kept so I walked to the beach at the next door hotel. Room is really old hence built up dirt and stains everywhere. This place desperately needs an upgrade. I paid a bit more for high floor (5th) which is a little cleanerafter a night on the 2nd floor. Staff is really nice so it's definitely the owners/managers of the property at fault.
