Property was newly renovated but the shower drain in the room was clogged up
We booked Bay view Hotel Guam, but something was really wrong. We arrived Guam midnight so we asked hotel pick up service in advance. The drive dropped us off and he said here is Bay View hotel. The hotel looked very different, the hotel is using wrong photos for booking site.We checked in and they gave us a room Ocean view hotel with zero notice. The room had broken room phone and air conditioner. It seems like Bay view and Ocean view owner the same. And they mixed up. Some photos are Bay View and some are Ocean view hotel's. It was dark room and old. Over all we stayed like a motel.
I booked the Bayview hotel and when I got there they said I was staying at the oceanview even tho I booked Bayview. The hotel was dirty and needed to be upgraded.
Good location. Construction and parking issues made things a bit inconvenient.
The place is too high Sir, its too difficult for me,a senior citizen to walk going to the hotel. We have a rented car though,but we just want to see places around.
On my 3rd night I asked for a 5:00 wakeup call so I could catch a plane for a one day trip to Saipan, but no one ever called and the failure to follow-up could have resulted in missing the flight and important appointments. My booking paid extra for a third guest, but every day I had to ask for a third towel. After the third or fourth day, you would think the hotel would catch on. When asking for daily room cleaning, must ask 3 times, then still unmade beds and wet towels. Toilets flush but only after 4th flush. Bath tub has old caked skin stained grout patching and broken tiles. Hard uneven bed springs noticeable in mattress. This place is the worst I have experienced in over 60 hotels I have visited.
Convenience to Tumon Beach and value for money. I stay in this hotel on my regular visits to Guam for business and pleasure

Room was visibly dirty. Mold in bathroom . Some type of bugs crawling in bathroom and on table. Made front desk aware and they said someone would spray and clean. It was not done. Checked out early and found another hotel.
The staff were very friendly and professional. The building looks very nice inside and out. The room was pretty large with a nice view of the ocean and Tumaning. However, the toilet clogged very easily and would not flush waste properly, we needed to call maintenance so it could be used again. Also, the shower would not drain water, so within 1 minute of taking a shower, you're standing in shin deep dirty water. Overall a very nice place and comfortable with a great location, but the drainage issues would prevent me from booking this hotel again.
The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. The pool was nice and sunny, but the pool furniture needs to be replaced!
I arrived from the airport at 5:00am and really tired s f no sleep yet, anx the front desk staff gave me a complimentary early che k in. Did not able to get his name. But please extend my thanks to him. It is becausr of him that's why i had an excellent stay in Bayview Hotel. He gave the client what is badly needed without anything in return. Who ever you are thank you so much.
The hotel is not far from the sea. And not many people, quiet.
Disappointing all the way around . We weren't expecting luxury , but I did expect more . When we arrived ,They couldn't find our updated reservation info , no hotel information unless we asked each question specifically , room baseline is not clean , refresh attempts not finished . Bathroom ceiling repainted but paints drips onto tile never removed , huge square hole cut into walls for various reasons metal panel placed over hole and painted-not neatly , not smoothed , paint and other materials not cleaned from floor , safe in room non functional , AC cannot keep room cool unless you have black out curtains pulled so you can't see the gorgeous view outside ( Bayview no longer exists ) mattresses are not comfortable , weekend manager cannot make reservation decisions , parking is difficult 4 out of 5 days . no in room or basic information for hotel - where is pool , laundry , ice , fitness center , parking options . Finest center - sad ! laundry room ceiling waiting to cave in - apparently it did before we left there no use of in hotel laundry last day .
Stayed for a week. When I first checked in and got to my room (10th floor), I was very impressed with the view and the room itself, considering it was just under $100 (cheap for Tumon). The sheets were clean and the bathroom was tidy as well. Room decor is done with taste. There is a balcony that overlooks the city and partially the ocean. It's mesmerizing both at night and daytime, unless it's raining - then you can't see much :) Now, to the negatives. During my stay, wi-fi didn't work the first couple days and someone had to come in and install a router in my room. The first few attempts to get it fixed failed - front desk just said they'll reset the system and that I should "try again later". Housekeeping constantly kept forgetting a couple things every day. One day it'll be coffee refills, another day they gave me all decaf, then no cream, then no bottled water, then no bathroom floor rug, or didn't clean the floors (most days they didn't, i had some food crumbs under the table, no one bothered to vacuum). Fridge didn't work, so I had to defrost it. Sliding door didn't lock because the bolt kept falling out. The maintenance guy told me he'd be back to fix it, never came. Washing machine had only cold water in the laundry room. Had to tell the front desk - their "guy" was at the other property (they own OceanView hotel as well), so he wasn't available right away. Elevator was out for a bit and had to use service elevator.
