The stuff is not so friendly, Internet is suck the whole 3days we stay no Internet.

The room needs upgrade and renovation and change of bed board, bathroom mirror n and the windows were not clean.

I WAS MOVED 3 TIMES TO 3 DIFFERENT ROOMS, THE FACILITY WAS VERY DIRTY POOR SERVICE, DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL ELEVATOR BROKEN, ROOM STINKS SMELLS FISHY IT HAD COCKROACHES IN THE ROOM. SHOWER HEAD WAS BROKEN IN A DELUXE ROOM LOL NEVER AGAIN I WOULD RATHER STAY ON THE STREETS OF GUAM THAN STAY THERE.

Hotel is very overdue for a remodel. Hotel smells like mildew.

The room seemed nice when we first arrived but smelled, no opening windows, temperature was cold to probably keep the smell down. NO opening windows. Internet was on and off, difficult to get work done.

supposedly we were on excutive level 7th floor. Our room was very dusted, smelled like no one has ever entered the room to do any cleaning. Musty smells Coffee maker was dusty and all the glass cups were dirty and its lids was those of what you get at a fastfood soda lids. carpet smells old damp very very outdated. Furnitures and lamp very very old. Bathroom sinks and shower doors were dirty iron was rusty. I have never in my life ever stayed in a hotel this nasty. Never again. Very disappointing.

When I booked my stay over 2 months ago I requested a king size bed. When we checked in they handed us a key for a room with double beds. My husband said, we asked for a king bed this says double. The receptionist said oh no this room does have a king size bed. Needless to say we got to our room with a double bed. Called down and they said well there is nothing they can do about it.

Big room with updated bathroom. Tub was a little dirty but shower was clean. Three double beds were perfect. Nice view. Food and shops nearby.

Our stay at Royal Orchid was great. Upon arrival there we discovered that because I made my reservation so late they had not received it. I merely showed them my itinerary that I had booked it and they gave me no issues checking in and resolved the issue themselves with the travel agency. To accommodate our flight schedule they allowed us at no additional charge an early check-in and early check-out. The staff working were so very polite and courteous it was great talking with them. I also received a free upgrade from superior to an ocean view which was spectacular. Lastly, after checking out while at the airport I realized I had accidentally forgotten 3 post cards I'd written on the computer desk in my room. After calling the hotel to ask about it they said not to even worry about the postage which I offered to pay over the phone by card, and they mailed them for me for free. I don't usually do reviews, but my experience here was so great I decided I had to share it. We will be visiting Guam again in a few months, and Royal Orchid is 100% positively where I'll be staying.

This hotel strove to be a 4 star hotel but fell short at every turn. You can tell that at one point it was a great place to stay, but they haven't kept up with the upkeep as of late. There was water damage throughout the bathroom, likely caused by the poorly designed shower door. Mildew in the shower and sink as well as in the corners of the ceiling. On the way from the elevator to our room was a random wire running out of one hole in the ceiling and back in to another.
