The Guam Airport Hotel is very conveniently located by the airport. The rooms are clean; comes with a kitchenette, air conditioning. It is a safe place to stay and it is easy to access nearby shops and restaurants. The staff are very helpful, friendly and will do whatever they can to make sure your stay goes well.

If your looking for a 1930’s condemned Nuclear Fallout shelter, look no further. That only thing that lives here are the cockroaches and black mold. Great for those who wanna chance catching the dungi but I wouldn’t even put my mother-in-law in this hotel. Between the state-of-the-art wallpaper that acts as a roll-out carpet to the all-ready imbedded crusted Ramon on the stovetop burner, waste no time at this “Hollywood Hangout.” Not to mention the beautiful, newly redesigned office, with a purchase limit of a mere 100$ minimum, so be sure to quench your thirst with 18 bottles of water and a pack of gum. Be sure to say hello to your neighbors through the Saran Wrap walls as you lay your head down upon millions of microbes awaiting your arrival!! It was true bliss and worth every penny!!
Internet/wifi signal was weak.
The staff were very friendly, the price was great and literally a 10 minute walk from the airport. For no-frills work trips, it's perfect. Older property and the furniture's a bit worn out but all the appliances work (the A/C was cold) and rooms are huge with full kitchens. If staff are available, they'll hook you up with a free ride to the airport (drop-off only).

Staff were fantastic. Very helpful. The odds and ends bits for sale in the office were good. The hotel is a bit dated and run down, but overall ok. I would stay there again.
I like this hotel given it location. It is close to gas stations, restaurants and shopping areas. The room we had was quite spacious and comes with a kitchenette. However, the hotel is outdated and needs some renovations -- not just in the room but also the outside.
It was a bit dirty, someone else's hair on the bathroom sink when we checked in.
I love that it had an airport shuttle and the hotel is the closest to the airport. The room was large with a kitchen facility, but not much amenities.

Airport hotel but no airport pickup only will take you to airport. Sheets all had holes, room filthy, pool half filled and dirty. For sale sign at property. Avoid
The first thing I asked was, “ what’s unique about this place with such high prices?” There is nothing I saw that I would recommend for anyone.
Room had unpleasant odor, carpet stained, bedspread had hole, water pressure low, internet at 1.5mbps, slow. Was on third floor, no elevator, stairs are narrow.
not within walking, especially with road conditions. Airport Hotel it is not.
Room was absolutely horrible smelled of mold as soon I entered. There was a great deal of insects found during my stay ants, cockroaches, and flies. I'm guessing what was the manager was incredibly rude and condescending tried to work out an issue calmly and politely and get accused of making making fake Orbitz receipt and he doesn't know how I paid for the room. Wifi is non existent inside the room better outside rather than in your room. Kitchen was dirty, no utensils, no soap for washing dishes that were available. Would never recommend this to anyone was a very unpleasant stay.
