The room was large and clean. The view was overlooking the ocean as requested. However there were no washcloths in the bathroom or the hotel. There was only one Outlet behind the center of the bed so unusable to charge phone at night time. Water and shower did not get hot even after running for several minutes. Scheduled water outage from 10:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. one night of stay with no compensation offered for time of inconvenience.

Accidents like that could be avoided by hotel

I had an accident in the swimming pool because at the bottom floor of the pool was some broken tiles and my baby finger in my right foot get stuck and I got a deep cut from the sharp edge of the broken tile. I received good assistance because I was bleeding in excess so the security immediately proceed to use bandages and gauze to stop bleeding.- They had the chance to call an ambulance but at least they have to use medical healing material and I spent the night checking if I was still bleeding.-

Run down and dark

The hotel is run down. They house dozens of long term foreign construction workers who were cooking and making noise. The place was poorly lit, sink was rusting, towels dirty. Not a place I would return to stay.

NO WATER!

Such a poor experience! Was advised of a water outage at a scheduled date and time but It was extended during the day. Front Desk offered another room at a lower level, but still no water pressure on that room. They can’t confirm when the water will be back, So We took the initiative to book another hotel because we had plans and didn’t want to waste our day waiting and definitely need to shower or wash up before going through our day. Later, they offered to transfer us to a sister hotel across the street, so I cancelled my booking to the other hotel. However when we got to their other hotel, the room was not ready so we still have to wait. When finally ready, i first went up to check the room, and immediately did not like the condominium setting, large space with 4 small beds when it was only me and my husband staying and would be sleeping in one small bed. I declined the transfer and had to make another booking at a different hotel at my own expense. Our entire day was wasted trasferring from one hotel to another.

Pictures don’t do the place Justice. Although customer service is great, the place is old, out dated and lowkey run down. They are trying their best with what they can do but the whole place needs a deep clean and a makeover. The pictures only show the property when it used to be clean and new.

Beautiful view of the beach and a short walk to the beach is a plus. Breakfast is a buffet and is delicious. Great location can walk to restaurants, bars and convenience stores. Rooms are large and fairly priced. Everyone who worked there was very nice and hospitable answering questions and super helpful. Didnt catch the doormans name but he is super sweet and Robert (I believe his name is) at the front desk super nice as well. There is also a gift shop inside that sells snacks drinks at a very reasonable price. When I come back Ill be staying here again!

Checking in with the hotel was very swift and without any issues. Staffs from the front desk and the room service are very nice and accommodating. The hotel is very close to a good amount of places to eat. Overall, our stay here is very satisfactory to us.
