Room was adequate for a 8 hour stay. The man at the front desk was very helpful and considerate. Linda at breakfast was a hoot.(That's a good thing) She made you feel like you were in her kitchen and wanted to make sure you had everything you needed. The shuttle to the cruise port was a great service as well.

We stayed at this hotel for one night before going on a cruise from the port of Tampa. It’s certainly not a 5 star property, but I gave the rating based on experience. We were a group of 10. We got in at night and had two people celebrating birthdays. Trish at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. She was great at check in, had lots of information ready, and helped our group use the breakfast area so we could all get together for a little birthday celebration. The property and rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable, and the shuttle service to the port made this an ideal hotel for those going on a cruise.

The room was dated but clean The staff was welcoming However there are no elevators and we were not aware of that. We are in our 70's and had to lug 4 suitcases up 2 flights of stairs and then down them in the morning ! Would not recommend staying unless you specifically ask for first floor
