Nice stay

This is an older home in an older secrion of Tampa but interior has updated furniture and had everything we needed. Washer/dryer wasn't available during our stay but owner offered a discount. Communication was great.

It was not in a nice neighborhood and was not enough space for 5 people. There wasn’t any hot water at all or enough towels and wash cloths for 5 people or enough space for 5 people. Also, the light did not work in one of the bathrooms

Modern and cozy

The home is small, cozy and nice. My son, his wife, their son and 2 dogs stayed there. They were flooded out of their apartment in Tampa and this little home gave them a safe, warm and dry place to stay. The owner was prompt in responding to questions. It would be nice to have a washer and dryer available but we knew up front that they were not so no complaints at all. We would definitely stay again.

Nice place

The house was clean and easy to fine. The location was pretty good for our needs. The beds were comfortable. The bath towels were big and clean. Alec responded quickly to our concern and it was resolved. Overall, we were happy with the home and would rent it again if we visit Tampa again.

Nice little gem

This was my first time visiting the area and I’m glad I chose this property to stay at. It was very clean and newly updated. The owner was very accommodating. The property’s location is awesome and close to so many attractions. I will definitely rebook the next time I am in the area!
