The rooms were dirty. Even after complaining, we still got put in a dirty room. We weren’t able to enjoy the pool or hot tub due to others down there partying and the staff didn’t want to do anything about it. We drove 5 hours to stay at the hotel and it was not worth any of it. The whole experience was awful

This was my second visit under the new name. Both times for breakfast, they served stale pastries, stale bread, no fruit and not much else. It seems like all the nice extras have been stripped out to a bare bones hotel. I will not be back.

This hotel is very good but if the hot tub is gonna only work 1 day a month then don’t advertise that you have a hot tub. I’ve stayed here several weeks now and the hot tub is almost always out of service

Staff was very courteous; they were the best part of the trip. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Other guests on the hall were smoking pot all night; the smell seeped into the room and kept us up. Breakfast was terrible; stale bagels and stale muffins. Despite this, we would try staying there again.

The staff was friendly but the property was very dated. Stains on beds, floor in room was dirty, no hot water, breakfast was disgusting. Pool was clean and hot tub was dirty. So much chlorine in the pool my sons eyes got swollen. This place needs serious updating.

Room was a nice size and linens seemed clean, but headboard was dirty…yuck. The bathroom unfortunately was not clean at all. There was ball of hair on the floor, dirt all piled up in the corners, white stuff dripping down the door. Eww! The breakfast was decent, but coffee was Luke warm and there was not a lot of selection of heathy choices.

The hot tub and pool were a good temperature.. It could have used a bit of cleaning. The pool area is very very very loud. And you can hear people above you walking around. You couldn't see the bottom of the pool and I kept stepping on stuff. The room was nice but it could use some upkeep I'm not picky so I was satisfied with my stay and had a great time, but if I was more picky I might have struggled with the upkeep
