• 50% refund if canceled 7–14 days before check-in.
• No refund if canceled within 7 days of check-in.
Stricter policy applies during peak seasons and national holidays (for added protection during high-demand periods):
• Full refund if canceled 30+ days before check-in.
• 50% refund if canceled 14–30 days before check-in.
• No refund if canceled within 14 days of check-in.
