I liked the location. The small town of Suisun City is nice although not a lot to do there. I did not like how run down the hotel was. Ants in the bathroom, and no ant bait available (I asked). All the metal in the bathroom was rusted. Wall paper everywhere in the room is peeling. Fridge also freezes EVERYTHING. TheAC works great. The coffee during breakfast was good, not weak.

This hotel is well kept and clean. The staff from the front desk to the room keepers where friendly helpful and respectful. Freeway access is great and there is plenty of places near by to chose from to eat.

Suisun Hotel Gem

Warm welcome for our anniversary weekend trip to visit family - never knew this place existed! Because of the location, there is a nice breeze cooling off the otherwise very warm area. The only thing is that the water view is of what is known as the Suisun Slough, which is brackish water - so it's not clear & beautiful to look at, like many other waterviews. But I'd stay there again - it's also located near the Jelly Belly Factory and "old" Suisun/train depot, so that it's very quiet, away from the hustle & bustle

Hands down one of the most “used” properties I e ever stayed in. The room carpets were so sticky our shoes stuck to them when we walked. The a/c in the room was working at about 50% capacity. Called front desk to report. Maintenance men came up and unfortunately spoke no English. The problem was not resolved over the three day stay. Broken ice machine on the 3rd floor with wires exposed. Worst part of all was bunched up hallway carpets on our floor. Unable to roll suitcase smoothly over the bumpy carpet. When asked we were told it was being stretched back out the following day. Never happened. The water view is about the best part of this hotel. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. This property came across as “icky” at best.
