Be sure to bring your own soap. The soap that is provided dissolves quickly. The housekeeping is super nice. The check in and check out staff don't seem to be happy. The room had a refrigerator and microwave. I liked the motion sensor light. I could hear the t.v. from the room next door. Online it says check in is at 1pm but the Front Desk said, "Check in is at 3pm".

I came in at 3 am and kept ringing the night bell and nobody was answering. I had to call their number and finally somebody answered. When he gave me my room key and went inside the room, there was a smell in the room. I went to bathroom and saw an empty sachet of soap. Looks like that someone used the room before. The towels were dirty but according to the front desk guy, that they are clean and that the dirty marks are just permanent stains. The bathroom floor towel is good as a rag because there are literally holes in it. There are dried up tissues on the wall looking like spit wads. I had to ask him to change the pillow cases because it looks and smells dirty like somebody who used it has gel or oil in their hair. There are heavy stains in the carpet.

Not a safe place for a woman traveling on her own. Don't do it

My friends and I were on a road trip so we were stopping along the way. We checked In around midnight and left around 10am. The outside of the hotel was a little worrisome, but the inside was clean and convenient. I don't know if I would recommend long stays, but over night trips, this is a good one.

a bit sketchy outside but the rooms were a pleasant surprise.

In fairness, it is a bit dirty/sketchy outside. However, the updated room, fridge, micro, coffee maker, clean beds make up for it. Nothing horrific, nothing fantastic

Thank you for sharing your recent experience at our hotel. We always aim to provide an enjoyable stay to our guests and it is truly disheartening to know that we did not live up to your expectations. This is definitely not the customer service we work hard to deliver our guests.Thank you again for staying with us and we hope that we can better serve you next time.
