I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights last week. When I checked in the condenser to the A/C in my room was making a loud noise when it cycled through its operation. When I notified the front desk the next morning, they happily changed my room and repaired the A/C unit.

High end customer service at economic price

The employee that checked me in had the best customer service practices. I felt as though I was checking into a high end resort. With that being said, some of the hotel could use an upgrade. But for the price, it was to be expected.
