The staff members are attentive and friendly, but I went to the desk 4 times to find no one at the front desk, both in the evening and in the morning. It seems that there is generally only one person working the desk, and they are required to attend to other duties that take them away from the desk. I only stayed one night - the following morning I tried to ask for a late checkout ... no one was at the desk. When I returned at 1120a from the business I was in town for, I asked for a late check out; the gal stated, "Check out is at noon"...suggesting I still had time to do what I needed to do. I advised again I would like a late checkout, and had tried to ask earlier in the day. She agreed to allow me to check out at 1230p, and then forgot to update my account...locking me out of the facility, as I dove into the pool for a bit, after a stressful morning. Fortunately I had appropriate cover up clothing to literally walk thru the parking lot to get back to the main entrance.
Very friendly people. They helped us with all of our special requests and early check-in and late checkout. Clean facility and we brought our dog with us so they gave us a room close to the back door for easy access to take our dog out to go potty.
The pillows where hard, the breakfast were cold and the staff were not helpful. I had a smart watch stollen from my room, that was in my Micheal Kors Purse. The manager and staff acted like it was ok. They didn't apologize or were sympathetic. So I filled a police report and contacted my attorney.
Room was not clean. Debris on carpet and on floor in bathroom. Obviously had not been vacuumed well in some time. Unidentifiable stain on bed sheet.
