I understand that many procedures have changed as a result of the virus, but it is completely unacceptacle not to inform the guests when they arrive that there will be no housekeeping services. There were no signs in the lobby or the room inidicating this. If we had known, we would have taken out the trash and requested new towels be deivered. Instead, we arrived back at the room later in the evening to find nothing had been done. By that time, no one was around to gather the needed supplies. We were, however, asked to leave tips for housekeeping even though none of them were there. There is no reason you couldn't have a limited housekeeping staff to deliver bags of clean towels and empty trash and other supplies as needed, on a no contact basis. That would keep some of them employed and not leave the rooms a complete mess at the end of a longer stay. Quite displeased with the lack of communication and service.

Worst hotel experience of my life. I paid for the Jacuzzi suite room. I show up after a 9 hour drive and they had gave away my room I had paid extra for. When I told David that I had paid for the upgraded room with a jacuzzis tub he replied "We don't sell those room through Orbitz , show me ur reservation. I showed him my reservation with clearly stated a King Bed with a Jacuzzi tub. He said they didn't have that room. I can't believe they gave my room away. Unacceptable. I asked for a refund and he gave me a receipt with a number to call. Never apologized or showed any sign that he cared. I had to sleep in their parking lot in my car.

I was disappointed to find out that I booked a room with a “jetted tub” instead of a jacuzzi. They were happy to upgrade me, for about $50 more a night. I kind of feel like I was dooped.

Clean and comfortable. Check in was easy, and the staff was curtious.

Floor had sticky spots, didn't care for the coffee brand, bed was really hard.

We espend only one night with my family but it was very good.

Desk staff was unfriendly, gave me no information regarding pool hours, wifi password, breakfast (which was almost all gone by the time we got there at 7:45AM) Not enough towels for 4 people. Blanket for sofa bed was gross, ended up having kids sleep together because the blanket was crunchy. Upstairs guests running back and forth, late into the night. Found a previous guests candy & old food in drawer. Shady people across the street walking up and down yelling at each other, late into the night. The bed was really comfy, and the pillows were great. Pretty bummed we paid a lot of $$ to stay at the Fairfield, and probably would have been better off saving $ and staying at a motel.

We stayed here one night to go to six flags and it was nice.nice pool and big clean room.

Fairfield is conveniently located to Suisun Valley, Napa, and Sonoma. We were there for a Napa wedding and were more than pleased with the convenience of the location. Compared to Napa, it was relatively economical. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. The Keurig coffeemaker in the room was well-appreciated. Being 3-night guests, the manager gave us a free upgrade to larger room that apparently isn't always available. I requested 2 small maintenance fixes after the first night (closet door inoperable loose toilet seat). Neither was addressed while we were there. Maid service was nonexistent except for Keurig refills as requested. We left with 3 days of trash and 3 days of wet towels. There was no info in the room about local dining. The wifi solved that.

Amazing stay close to downtown Napa, great location, nice and professional staff and price is not that pricey. Great for family vacation!

Very nice place for the value. Would come back here for sure

We stayed at this hotel for a weekend of wine tasting in Napa. It's a bit of a drive from the wineries but an affordable option especially when you can use Uber to get around. This hotel was a great value and even provided free breakfast in the morning. Rooms were comfortable and spacious, although we did have ants in our bathroom. All in all a great option if you're looking to save but be up in wine country!

Very clean, staff very helpful. Room very comfortable. Close to Six Flags Discovery Kingdom and Jelly Belly Factory. Also not too far from the Napa Wineries.

My wife and I met our friends of 40 years in Napa Valley and we spent the weekend wine tasting. We appreciated the clean lobby of the hotel and helpful freindly staff. The breakfast was good and the rooms where comfortable, clean and quiet. We will stay again when we visit the Napa Valley area again.

Great place: clean, friendly staff, decent breakfast. Only complaint is the weight situation in the fitness room. A shake weight doesn't cut it.

Everything was good except for a non working room phone, the staff were nice, room was clean, food was good.

The room was clean and the staff their were very kind and helpful. The location was the only problem, but not a huge one.

Very clean, bright rooms. Free breakfast included eggs, sausage, waffles, and the muffins/bagels and more. Staff was friendly. This hotel is very nice and great value for the money.

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Nice to have mini fridge, microwave, mini sink and separate sofa/tv area. Very good in-room coffee. Breakfast was very good compared to most included breakfasts...waffles, french toast, various toasts, bagels, cereals, eggs, breakfast meat, juices, fresh fruit and more! Again very good coffee with breakfast. Hard to find dinner dining near by that's not fast food, but there's a Starbucks a block or so away. Easy freeway access.

Clean, large mini-suite, at a reasonable price. Mo complaints.
