Orbitz's company card declined and Orbitz couldn't reach tech support to give Best Western for more than 40 minutes a valid card. I had to use my personal card as deposit. Appreciated that Best Western followed their protocol concerning card transactions. The room was worn: phone no dail tone, pillows with cigarette soot, no hot water due to water heater leak, microwave with refrigerator needed cleaning and bath tub chipped with cigarette lighter burn.

We stayed here to be near family. It was close to them in the nearby Fairfield area. Not much right around the hotel other than many fast food restaurants.

The Hotel was ok. The lightening sucked in the room and I felt a little claustrophobic! The shower made a noise when it was on

Clean, looked new, no hassles. Water pressure was TERRIBLE at the sink - barely a trickle. Loud pool party

It was a convenient location for where I needed to go , regarding a state exam . They had breakfast in the morning which was awesome ! Good selection all heathy stuff for you to eat , always a plus for me ! thanks staff <3

The hotel was close to a seminar I was attending in town so that was a plus. Overall my stay was pleasant, I was only there during the night being that I was busy. I did not encounter any major problems during my stay. If I had to return to this town again I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this hotel once again.

It is far close to mayor wineries, it is clean and easy to access. Breakfast was ok with nice options considering the price that we paid.

The room was dirty and the beds were very worn out. Breakfast left much to be desired . Would not stay here again or recommend it to others.

My wife and I chose this hotel as we were touring Napa Valley and all its many winieries. This hotel is about 30 minutes away from some of its closest winieries, so you definitely need to have a car to get around as there's no public transportation in the area. The hotel offers basic continental breakfast (coffee, breads, juice, no fruits or meats), but it served our purpose as there's a microwave and refrigerator in the room. There are many restaurants 5-15 minutes away which comes in handy. Room was clean and I would stay there again.

Booked a non-smoking room. At check-in time it turned out the room was a smoking too late to change. Had to open the window through out the three night stay. Plenty of parkings. Fairly quite at night. The continental breakfast was decent, about average. I had seen better Best Western hotels somewhere else.

Motel was ok, stayed because cheap and relatively close to sister's at Christmas... but took a morning dip in the pool and spent all Christmas with Pink Eye!!! Way way way too much chlorine or God knows what else!!!

This hotel is conveniently located near gas, convenience store, and food yet quiet. The rooms are good sized and have all the right touches. The Continental breakfast was above average in variety and tasty. I would definitely stay here again. We selected this as a more affordable alternative to the Napa area where we visited the Fry's.com Open Golf Tournament.

Great stay, east check in,. i had no problem. Navigating the website with no internet problems, would definately recommend

Excellent location, half way between Sacramento and San Francisco. We did day trips from Fairfield, including Napa Valley, Sonoma, Monterey, San Francisco, Sacramento, and the Delta area. Seafood at Spenger's Fresh Fish Grotto in Berkley, and the Virgin Sturgeon in Sacramento were outstanding. The Best Western employees were very helpful, providing a daily light breakfast and helpful driving directions.

There were no good options close to where we needed to be, so this had to be it. The hotel is OK, definitely could use some fixing here and there - the shower was horrible and the bed could be a little more comfy. Free breakfast in the morning was nice. Overall ok if you don't have a choice, or if you destination is actually Fairfield for some reason.

Clean comfortable room with mini-fridge. Quiet. Pleasant courtyard around pool. Good quality continental breakfast. The staff were helpful but not warm and welcoming. Definitely, very good value in terms of quality for the price we paid.

I have stayed there numerous times for work and nearly every room I've stayed in, the drains seem to be clogged. The toilets, sinks and showers drain slow. All in all though, it's a reasonable rate, in a pretty good area. I would stay there again.

Have stayed there for 4 weeks for work. The only complaint I have is having trouble with the toilet not flushing in a specific room, otherwise we'll wooden the money.

Always curious staff, Rooms are very clean. Just wish the continental breakfast started earlier.

We arrived to the hotel and one of the features that I was looking forward to was on this travel site stated in their description was there was a fitness room. In asking the clerk about where the fitness room was, he said they didn't have one. I let him know that it was on this travel site that they did. The property was not well maintained and the only bright spot was the room was nice.
