The hotel was in deplorable condition. The ceiling paint was separating, the flooring laminate in the bathroom didn't make it to the bathtub (about a 1"gap) and there were bugs.

We just needed a place to crash our heads but this was disgusting. Floor was sticky as you walked, room was stuffy and smelled, and there were holes in the ceiling. We survived but not at all worth the price.

The staff was great for me, altering my reservation room, housekeeping, etc. Be sure you choose "premium" room of you want a refrigerator or a coffee maker in your room. The "standard" was a bed, a desk, and a TV - that's it. The property wasn't great - it is clearly being used to house people; some of the other tenants were setting up house plants outside, and others yelling at the top of their lungs about their personal problems. If I had my kids with me, I probably would have left to find somewhere else to stay.

Rooms falling apart, front door closed but not the correct way. Toilet missing big chunk on the bottom, could see the wax ring. You have to order a room with fridge and microwave or you wont have one. No baby cribs-website said yes
