Glad I read the fine print before hitting send. Very slick Expedia. This hotel was fabulous. My check-in experience was horrible due to Expedia! Expedia hadn't sent my reservations to the hotel even though they had already CHARGED ME! We ended up having to wait for around an hour or so while the head hostess did her best to work this out. I could hear she was having trouble with the people with Expedia. Several Expedia representatives transferred her again and again, all while my exhausted 4 young children cried and acted silly in the lobby. The hotel's staff was amazing, and helped me entertain and even feed my children as we were forced to wait. This hotel has hired the most wonderful and accommodating staff that I have ever experienced in a hotel. This experience would have been much worse if it wasn't for the kind staff. At one point, the person from Expedia said they would send us to a different location in the area. I said no, we needed this exact hotel for our vacation plans. The hoastess assured us she wouldn't let that happen. FINALLY, Expedia sent over our booking. We got our room, only to find that instead of the double queen room I booked, we had a single king suit. Now I'm worried how much Expedia charged me, and all 5 of us had to sleep in one bed. Not the best night, but at least we had a clean and beautiful room. Homewood Suits, you get 5 stars! Expedia, I wouldn't reccomend you to my worst enemy!

Thank you for caring about how clean your hotel is. Was everything perfect no but it was by far the cleanest stay we had had recently. Everything was clean except the ceiling fan which was a little too dusty for me but a quick wipe down and all was good.

Jamie at the front desk was EXCELLENT, she was very helpful and always greeted me by name when we crossed paths throughout the week! It is very clean and well-maintained but the drain stopper in the bathtub was out and off to the side, which was strange and looked like there was some maintenance going on, but no one fixed it when the room was cleaned. The bed was not very comfortable but the facility itself, the better-than-average breakfast, and the great staff will make it a return place for me.

Bed was so hard you might as well sleep on the floor. Dishes in the cabinet were dirty as well as dishwasher. Breakfast was ok. Mostly made for making breakfast burritos.

My kids found a big mounting screw in the floor. The floors were so dirty my kids feet and legs stayed black anytime they touched them and my husband has nicknamed it district 12. It took my husband 4 days to get a functioning bedside lamp, and a whole day to get a toilet unclogged. Both of which the front staff were rude about. The ceiling fan rattles all night, the freezers ice maker doesn't work. The bedding is too small for the bed so someone constantly comes uncovered. And it's not a greatly comfortable bed to begin with. I usually really like Homewood suites but this one was horrible.
