While the staff was kind and helpful, not a good area or good fit for proper with small children. Street and access was unsafe and the pool was down the whole time which was the main reason I picked that hotel.

The staff was friendly, valet is required at $28/day, breakfast doesn’t have many options. Outdoor lounge is spacious and would be ideal for a family reunion or gathering. The pool was clean, but seemed on the smaller side. Everything was clean and overall stay was good. I would recommend.

I had never heard of the Element Hotel and now I can’t wait to return !!! The staff were so amazing during our stay. They were so helpful in sharing information about activities in the area. The hotel was nice and neat- which was a huge plus. I love that it is valet only. Dre was so patient when I needed to get my car simply to retrieve items (twice). Great staff

Great hotel, good value for money.

Amazing hotel. Very clean and friendly staff. Amazing breakfast in the morning. Couple of things: The bathroom lacked bodywash (the bodywash bottle was empty) and there was no hand wash soap. Adding a self parking will enhance customer experience.

Chose this hotel since we were attending a concert right across the street at City Winery. So obviously a fantastic location. ALL staff were very friendly and helpful. Used the valet services which was also fantastic. Room essentially had a full kitchen so this would work perfect for a longer stay. Free breakfast was ok….good if you’re in a hurry. If not, a brunch place would be a better option. Will definitely stay here again!

Mountain of towels. 😬

The room was nice, the hotel was clean, the staff was super kind. We stayed for 6 nights and housekeeping was suppose to come to our room every other night but they didn't come even when the front desk put them on their schedule for the next day. Not a big deal, I just went to the desk when we needed more towels and toilet paper, and when they came the room to deliver they were always very kind. Could have been miscommuniation. Their breakfast was always awesome!
