Great location and cool industrial vibe

The loft has high ceilings and is decorated with a cool industrial vibe. It comes with one free parking space and since it is only one block away from the entrance to the Gateway Arch Park, it is an ideal location. I was able to get up each morning and jog through the park. The building also has a rooftop deck with couches and chairs that overlook the Gateway Arch. I would definitely want to stay there again the next time I visit St. Louis.

The host was very communicative and explained everything thoroughly so we didn’t have to contact her with questions. She had anticipated every question and need well. We were able to get in for the first time with ease. The apartment was pretty clean, but the rug in the den had dog and human hair on it so I’m not sure if it had been vacuumed before our stay. The location is honestly not great. We felt unsafe when entering and exiting at times. The area is odd, the apartment complex is surrounded by closed businesses—felt like we were on a movie set. Other than that, it had anything you would need for a weekend out of town. A full kitchen if you plan to cook, amenities like laundry detergent, and plenty of space for 4 people. The beds were comfortable and we slept really well. We never heard or saw anyone else—very quiet. Seems overpriced based on the location, but met our needs nonetheless.
