Room was clean but the tub didn’t drain. The water was up to my ankles during my 10 min. shower. I did not report it because this problem must have existed for some time and was not addressed, so why should I waste my time. As with a lot of lower cost motels, there wasn’t an elevator. I think this should be noted prominently in the listing. While I am not disabled/handicapped, it was most difficult to carry my heavy luggage up stairs one step at a time.

Several little things took away from a good rating, toilet seat was loose, bathroom door would not close all the way, had to get help to use the TV, soap and shampoo pumps barely put out anything. There are a lot of other hotels at this location to choose from.

Place was filthy and very loud. Our rooms TV did not work the first night, ice machine was broken and there was no breakfast like it stated in the ad. Do not recommend this place to anyone.

The room smelled like mold & mildew, hotel was booked & couldn’t give us another room. I’m asthmatic & I’d of stayed there I’d have ended up in the hospital. Hotel didn’t care & wouldn’t refund my money.

Terrible hotel

No one came to change the bedsheets even though I asked for service. There were noise issues that were not resolved by the hotel personnel. One front desk employee was rude and not helpful.

The hotel is very dated. Strong incense smell in lobby. Constant flickering lights Side door to outside doesn't automatically lock security concern.hallways smell toilet leaked, tub faucet dripped bathroom tile is cracked and loose. Nightstand drawer does not stay shut cut my leg getting out of bed
