Room was clean but the tub didn’t drain. The water was up to my ankles during my 10 min. shower. I did not report it because this problem must have existed for some time and was not addressed, so why should I waste my time. As with a lot of lower cost motels, there wasn’t an elevator. I think this should be noted prominently in the listing. While I am not disabled/handicapped, it was most difficult to carry my heavy luggage up stairs one step at a time.

Several little things took away from a good rating, toilet seat was loose, bathroom door would not close all the way, had to get help to use the TV, soap and shampoo pumps barely put out anything. There are a lot of other hotels at this location to choose from.

It was close to where my conference was and I could walk in the neighborhood behind the the hotel. The shower rod in my room was proken causing a lean and I was nervous it was going to come oout of the wall.

Decent in a pinch

The hotel was very loud until well after midnight, lots of traffic going down the hallway most of the night (im talking after 11pm-3 am). They allow pets and I will say, we left our room the next am and after walking on the carpets my socks smelled like urine, it was pretty disgusting to say the least. We were right by the "laundry room" and the crackheads or whoever were in there were not quiet at all....

The room itself looked nice upon entering, but upon further inspection we noticed several things that made us feel unsure about the level of cleanliness. The side of the toilet had what looked like some kind of dirt all over it. Our sheets had what appeared to be pet hair on them. We ended up further inspecting the linen and found that one of the pillow cases had a yellow stain on it and one of the sheets that was layered underneath the top sheet had a HUGE yellow stain. It definitely made us question how well the staff cleans after each guest. The fridge also did not work. I had put some leftover food from dinner in it and when I got it back out I noticed it was room temp. Overall I guess the moral of the story is you get what you pay for. We chose this place because it was cheap but still looked nice in the pictures. Next time I'll sacrifice the extra money for somewhere a bit nicer/cleaner.
