While the hotel itself was pretty average, checkin was great, the room we wete given had just one light over the beds. Good enough but nearly one half of the room was totally dark. I couldn't do any work at the desk because of a lack of light over or on the desk.

The rooms are kind of bare, not exactly the cleanest and the pool in the hot tub do not work there. Neither does that running machine selection for breakfast was extremely poor. The bread was hard like a rock for their biscuits and gravy.

Front desk staff at check-in was great. Did not deal with anyone after that. Rome was far from perfect, but you get what you pay for and this place was cheap. Convenient having it next to places to get food

This is the most rundown Ramada ever. Holes in the walls, holes on the floor in bathroom tryi g to be covered by random laminate. Musty and dirty smell. Locks that are not working right . No shower gel or shampoo in dispenser. NEVER stay here

Horrible experience the room was not what we expected. We walked into a bathroom that only had two towels, 1/2 used toiletry with no extra the room smelt like urine and there was only two pillows on the bed.

Well this was quite the experience ! Not very well cleaned , blinds would not close , found someone’s as in adult toy under the couch , but on a plus note the heat worked great . Glad I don’t have to stay there ever again .

Room was clean but mediocre. The TV wasn't working and i was unable to call the front desk because tjete were no cables on the phone. After awhile the guy was able to get ouy TV working but he had a few other things to take care of first. I have not received the $50 credit for the charge that was made immediately upon my checking in. If it charges that quickly it should credit that quickly also.

The room was really smelly. Like Ionized air but the smell stuck to everything! I had to clean the sink counter top before I used it. I had to clean the coffee maker before I used it. I cleaned the OUTSIDE of the bath tub before I took a shower and left the black rag on the bathroom floor when I left. The walls in the room were gross. There was grass and other dirt stuck to the walls in the entrance. I wiped down the walls around the door and in the bathroom area. I used 2 bath towels. They were filthy. The floor in the room itself was filthy. I wore socks the whole time I was there and the bottoms are black. I don't care that this is the cheapest hotel in town. It is not fit to stay in. I don't think that they ever really clean these rooms. YUCK!
