We love this place and stay here often. Breakfast is great. Beer and wine in the lobby for purchase as well as food so you don't need to leave. Park in the parking garage. Beware that there are a lot of homeless not far from this hotel but never felt unsafe here. Rooms always excellent and staff also wonderful. Never had had a bad stay here ever. The only thing we could ever complain about is the conditioner and shower gel was empty in our shower at our stay this last time... but if that's the worse thing, I'd stay here over and over!

This pretty new property is very convenient to both Sacred Heart and Deaconess hospitals which makes it very convenient. Also on site above /underground parking was a necessity and very appreciated bc of the snowstorm.

well to be honest, i got a room for my daughters birthday she is 6. i made sure to put all the garbage and all the towels in one spot, i know that the floor was messy with crumbs. but i was a housekeeper and i made sure to keep the mess to a minimum. i had three kids plus two more for cake and pizza. accidents happen and my 3yo dropped her cake on the bed idk i just dont think that it was necessary to charge me an additional 100$ after already taking 50$
