Hotel needs an update.

The hotel is so outdated. Carpets looked disgustingly old. You can see the edges of the walls full of dust. Hotel had like an old smell to it. But staff was friendly, helpful and nice.

The carpet in the room was wet and the floor had rust from the bed frame. We had a room next to the elevator and the ice machine. Very noisy.

I arrived at 5 and was told no rooms were available yet and I had to wait another 45 minutes to an hour. I booked a king bed but instead I was placed in a wheelchair handicapped room. The Tv did not work and there was some ants in the restroom. The room was right outside the A/c units so there was some loud popping noise all night. Just a bad experience

1st Room were not cleaned or beds made, 2nd room was already occupied and we walked in on them, 3rd room was fine. Breakfast was ok, but food ran out and wasn’t refilled. Wait staff never came to our table and we ate without drinks.

I was told breakfast was not included in my stay because I reserved my room through a third party site. At breakfast, there weren’t a variety of food options available. The hotel could use some renovations because parts of the walls in certain public spaces had piling paint.

Not again.

Very run down and dirty. Toilet didnt flush, tub had hair in it, pillow was stained yellow, the train was right next to window and check in staff was rude. We came for son's tournament and definitely will not be staying here next year.
