You get what you pay for - it's an inexpensive motel, walking distance to the airport. The staff is friendly. Everything else about this place is not good - I experienced a run down room (with a literal huge hole on the ceiling), bugs and small spiders in the room, horrible internet connection. No shopping options nearby.

People were cooking in hallway from our room stunk really bad. No elevator so very hard with luggage. Very dirty, no extra pillows. And super dirty.

the property was very affordable. some might say it needs a few repairs but i thought it was just fine. i would gladly stay again. the hotel is very close to seatac and was very affordable. the staff is friendly. the staff is mostly from the middle east and have a strong accent but dont let that stop you from staying here. places to eat are within walking distance. what a value for a traveler. the hotels nearby and at peir 66 near the ncl ship where wanting 345 a night.

The other guests were super noisy and fighting the whole night. I had a very important doctor's meeting the next morning i was barely coherent for due to not being able to sleep at all! I know you can't choose your guests but the locks on my door, and I mean lock as in singular, was barely reinforced. Don't recommend.

Just what we needed, and nothing more.

It was all we really needed, just a room for the night. Nothing spectacular, just a clean room and a reasonably comfortable bed. The lack of a microwave in the room was a minor annoyance, but no big deal. The staff was friendly and ready to deal with anything that might have occurred.

The best thing about this stay was that it was cheap and short. The water wouldn't drain in the shower and was murky. The first guy at the front desk was very polite and kind, the second guy that we worked with the rest of our trip was just plain rude. One of the bedside lamps was literally falling out of the wall when we got there and stains all over the carpet.

Roach motel! When I wouldn't stay there because of the conditions, they wouldn't refund me for the days I didn't stay. I understand the day I checked in not being refunded, but absolutely ridiculous for the rest given the conditions of the property. It was probably the grossest place I've been in! Don't waste your money or peace.

The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. This is a good stay if you’re looking for something that is extremely budget friendly, however, our WiFi didn’t work for the entirety of my stay and we had kids playing outside of our hotel room. The back door has a lock that requires a key card but the door is always unlocked and really anyone can come in from the back if they are wanting too, which felt a bit unsafe because it led straight to the hotel rooms. I’m grateful that this hotel was affordable and the staff was so nice, but I would not stay here again unfortunately.
