Arrived in Seattle around 10 am. Called to see if there was a Shuttle to the Motel 6 location as some reviews online indicated there was a shuttle. Was informed there was no shuttle. The person also let me know that there was no option for early check in, that they do not store luggage, and there is no lobby or area to sit and wait for a room. I hung out at the airport until about 1:30 pm and then headed over to the Motel 6 by Lyft. Was told by the lady at the desk that they didn’t have any rooms ready and that I could call between 2 and 3 pm to see if anything was ready. I took my two daughters back out in the rain and walked about 10 mins in the rain to the subway down the road to get something to eat. I called around 2:15 pm to see if anything was ready and was told that nothing was ready and they wouldn’t have a room for me until 3 pm. It’s unbelievable that all rooms would miraculously be ready at exactly 3 pm. Luckily the people at subway didn’t mind us hanging there until closer to 3 pm. At check-in we were assigned a room on the ground floor. The room was definitely dated and the bathtub had someone’s hair in the tub. The sheets on the beds seemed clean. We just needed a place to rest for a few hours as we had a flight out of Sea Tac at 11:59 pm so this hotel sufficed. Would not have been comfortable sleeping there overnight as the place felt kind of sketchy and you could hear every move from the room above and from other people as they passed by outside.
