Great hotel, beautiful amenities and the staff was kind but we did find the check out process quite rushed. Employees were out in the halls at check out time and knocking on doors for “room inspection” and forcing people out.

Dirty hotel room

Nice modern hotel and lovely staff; however, I discovered a suspicious curly hair on the kitchen counter under the TV. Speaking of which, both TVs did not work. Network issues? Also, found a really gross long hair on my bed before going to sleep. The shower also had a really bad leak, out into main the bathroom tile, it's really really bad I had to use up all my towels!! The door on the left to the pool does not work with our key cards, which is very inconvenient. Also missing a Nespresso pod and one seemed used. See pics Dirty hotel room :((((((((((

This property is either new or remodeled. Very dated and luxury style. Lobby,indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, suana and steam room. Game/family room a plus. We loved that our son had his own room from us. The kitchen, living room, dining room and balcony was large and contained all items we needed. The pool robes were an added plus. Only 2 items we felt could have been improved. Front desk was always busy and wait time too long, texted items needed per the request of the QR code hotel info but no one responded till over 5 hours. There were 2 staff members working hard and was very friendly but maybe during peak hours/days have more staff available. The other thing is that the bathroom sink area is too small with very limited counter space. Other than that it is an excellent place to stay and we will stay again in the future.

I could not believe the amenities that this hotel had to offer. I loved that all the rooms were suites. That's a lot of extra room considering it costs the same as any other hotel you would find. The hotel is a 15-minute walk from everything; the only downside is that there is a huge hill to walk up on your way back. The staff and service were excellent. If I needed anything at all, all I had to do was text guest services and they brought it to me within minutes. It was great having a balcony, not many hotels in the area had that, and the umbrella in the room was a nice touch since Seattle gets rainy. I would absolutely stay here again

Amazing building amenities, and the rooms are spacious and clean also with great amenities, like a beautiful balcony, full kitchen; we were in a two bedroom. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back again. The only negative to our experience was that some of the staff was not helpful nor friendly. Seemed like anything asked of them was really annoying to them and they didn’t want to do their job. The parking garage has varying height restrictions so if you’re in a taller vehicle or have a cargo box be mindful of that.

Not a traditional hotel, but very nice property with great amenities. 1 issue is booked a 2 bedroom and second bedroom had NO window and was so tight you could barely move around the queen bed. :-(

I loved the amenities! 24/7 indoor pool, cold plunge & hot tub. Didn't like the room I was put in originally, it was ALOT smaller than was advertised and photo'd via their direct booking website. Once it was addressed, we were told that those photos are "misleading" but was accommodated with a bigger room.
