Everything was amazing from check-in to check out. The process was very smooth. It was very convenient to a lot of things like the stadiums, the trains and the buses. The views were absolutely amazing and the staff was very friendly! We particularly enjoyed the amazing breakfast options and the afternoon happy hours. Even though the hotel gets very busy, staff keeps up with the crowds (replenishing towels at the pool, keeping the spaces clean and maintained). The in-room dining was limited in options but the items we tried were delicious. When going to events with little kids, the convenient location is worth every penny. Just make sure to plan ahead and be prepared for the cost.

Honesty disappointed! The website claims a really nice breakfast buffet. It was pathic. Turkey sausage was gross with minimal options. The shampoo and conditioner were empty in the room. The bathroom door was a sliding barnwood door with a 3 inch gab all around. So whoever was using bathroom could share with other in other room. The website States that you get free drink on check in. But doesn't clearify its only for an between 5 and 6. Overall the amount of money it cost was not worth it. We will not be staying here again.

Perfect Seattle venue for our family. Easy access from ferry, walkable to Mariner’s stadium and other sights! Kids enjoyed pool!

Booked two nights had to move rooms the second night . Was told it was an upgrade when turns out it was the total opposite. The view from the window was facing a wall so not much to see . Hotel front desk seems very busy and confused about most things . Besides those things you are in the pike place area so plenty of homeless lingering around the property and parking is very expensive. The inside of the hotel is very nice and rooms themselves and great . Breakfast is included and has a variety of good options . And a free drink between 5-6:30pm . Along with two restaurants in the hotel to choose from .
