Heating system didn’t work. I notified the front desk and got no response for two hours. I was not able to shower and nap as planned. Much later an employee showed up, mumbled something and it still didn’t work. I went to the desk,left in the dark and the rain in desperation. No sleep. I will be in the area often and hoped this would be a frequent stop. I will dispute the charge.

Clean room. Night desk lady super nice and fun to chat with. Was disappointed that the hot tub wasnt working. Bummed that my friends n I werent able to get joining rooms but overall everything else was great

This hotel has everything I need. The king suite is clean and quiet. Breakfast is decent and offers a good variety of choices. I’ll definitely come back and highly recommend it!
