I had a great stay at this cozy little spot on Jefferson Street! The place is small, but it’s perfectly located close to everything — making it super convenient for exploring Seattle. It was incredibly clean and had a welcoming, cozy feel that made it easy to settle in right away. The only small downside is that it can get a little cold at times, but overall, it’s a great place to stay if you’re looking for comfort and convenience in the heart of the city. Would definitely recommend!

Overall not a terrible place to stay if you just need a place to sleep, it’s in a relatively good location. The entrance to the apartment is hidden away in the back so people wont know there is a door/apartment there unless they know. The description for the place is pretty accurate, it is an old building so the insulation isn’t great, but there are space heaters. The place is clean but can probably use a deep cleaning. Definitely need shower slippers, the shower rug looks dirty/moldy and there are some cob webs in the vents. If you’re not looking for a modern up to date place to stay, it’s not a horrible choice for the price point.

The place was clean and well kept

My friend and I stayed for three nights. All appliances worked well, everything seemed well cleaned, and having the electric automatic lock, made us feel very safe during our stay.

Location is fine. The actual unit needs major updating. If you have to take a shower with slippers on, that should tell you something about cleanliness. Floors uneven which made it very hazardous to walk around. The unit should be checked for mildew.

Over all great little spot for someone here for an event. Its quite wastgyg told there was an umbrella i could use in the apartment but i looked everywhere and could not find one so had to spend $40 on 2 umbrella for my daughter and I. So definitely bring an umbrella it will most likely6gv gbe rainy 😂

We spent a long weekend here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Its a perfect spot if you plan to spend the majority of your time out and about and just need a comfortable space to come back to at the end of the day.

Misleading photos

To summarize - it was just bearable, nothing more. Photos are took in really good lighting and angle. It's a ground level, almost basement apartments. Ceiling is low, floor with incline. Our problems with it was cleanliness: it was dirty, bathroom had mold under bathtub anti-slippery carpet, smell was like a rot fish. We planned to cook there, but we were too disgust. House itself is also sketchy, very old, with a lot of units and we heard noise of every movements from the up floors. It's not expensive rent compared to what Seattle is offering, but it's still was not cheap. If I knew this info upfront, I would prefer to stay in 2 star hotel and take train to city. Price wasn't worth location. Travel in America is screwed for regular people.

Accurate Description listing

Everything that the owner listed is really accurate. Perfect location close to everything. Perfect unit for my hubby and I. Host was very attentive to my questions. Parking was a hassle. I had to park 3 blocks away after driving around for 30 minutes. Overall lostong was a 3 only because the plumbing was horrible. The last day couldnt shower or use the bathroom due to the plumbing kept backing up into the tub and the toilet. The people upstairs was extremely noisy and couldnt get any rest. I feel that i should have got a discount for the inconvenience but i didnt.
