Accurate pics, great location, great value
Four adults stayed in this apartment. The check in process was simple enough. The parking was big enough for our Subaru Forester and VERY appreciated. The apartment was cute, nicely furnished, and super close to the convention center, paramount theater, and plenty of restaurants. It felt very safe and secure. Definitely take a look at the city on the roof at night!

Property details
Before I say anything specific, there was nothing terrible or too off putting about the place. It served its purpose and we’re grateful for the home. But, it was woefully outdated and didn’t seem to match the quality of the pictures or the price paid for the stay. Dust and stains and generally normal wear and tear for an old and used property. It would be fine if it were my residence but it was underwhelming as a pricey stay. Not a bad view, though.

Great Location
Fantastic spot. Very centrally located so we were able to walk to a lot of locations. My first time to Seattle so I was really surprised at the walkability of everything. The condo was fantastic and our concierge was very helpful with our late check in. If there was a downside it would be the outlets with our electronics, but that was it. Everything was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Absolutely loved it!

Served its purpose
We traveled for a work conference. So the proximity to the convention center was ideal. The condo has the barest of essentials and the beds were semi comfortable. No lights worked in one of the bedrooms due to bulbs being burned out and a lamp not in good shape but we were able to make do by moving a lamp from the second bedroom. The host was responsive when we reached out for help adjusting the heat in the steam heated building. The key fobs to enter the building did not work. However the code that the person gave us at check in did so we were able to access without any problems. Over all the stay was fine since all we really needed was a place to sleep.

Great Location!
We loved our stay at the Elektra. The location cannot be beat. Easy to walk to Pike Place, Cap Hill and downtown. The apartment was exactly what we wanted, and we’re very happy. The apartment is dated, but we were fine with that. The water pressure in the shower wasn’t great, but we made it work. Overall, great stay. We would definitely stay again.

Location, location, location...
The condo was within walking distance of everything - close to the Capital Hill area and walking distance to Pike Place City Market. We even walked to the Space Needle.
Condo was as pictured and worked well for our stay. Host was very responsive to any communications. We would stay here again.
Only cons are that the internet was sketchy, the bathroom could use updating, and host didn't allow us to check out one hour late. All minor, but that is why we gave overall 4 vs 5 stars.

Good location, good value for price
Check in process was inconvenient. I had to wait for someone to let us into the unit. Apart from that our stay was pleasent. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. Within 5 minute walk to small market and starbucks. 15-20 minute walk to pikes market. There is a laundry room in the building that you can pay to use.

Seattle Sights was a scam property
The night we arrived the “greeter” Sanjay turned his phone off, my texts would not deliver to his phone, and the third party app Vacasa would not answer my calls either. I have filed a dispute with my credit card for the $700 they charged as we never received access to this property, and they are not refunding my money. I am also filing a complaint with VRBO for listing a scam property. Do not book this property!

Good location
We were going on an Alaskan cruise out of Seattle and decided to come to Seattle a few days early to see the sites before our cruise. Location was good as it is just a couple of blocks to the convention center and about 9 blocks to Pike's Market. It also had places to eat close.

Great Downtown location.
Property was nice. Apartment could use a deep clean. The building is older so some things just can’t be helped. Rooms were a nice size. Right off Pike, so could get to everything we needed. Our Vacasa greeter, Raheem was very nice. Was a little frustrated that I had asked if there were fans available and was told no. So I brought my own, only to find the were 3 already in the apartment. We enjoyed our stay and found our eclectic little home away from home quite charming in the end.

This property is centrally located in the middle of everything! You can literally walk everywhere you might want to go. We only used our car twice. The condo itself is very cute and clean. We loved the fact that you could go to the roof and stare in awe at the city lights and all the buildings around you. Simply beautiful! Thank you for making our stay a great experience!!

Sleepless in Seattle
Very very clean, well stocked and modern kitchen. Location close to transportation, but also was next to major highway, so very noisy. We are seniors, so navigating steep hill (final two blocks to property) especially with luggage was difficult.

Sleepless in Seattle
Our stay here had its ups and downs, I'll start with the good things:
Location is conveniently near a ton of services and close enough to make Pike Place an easy stroll.
The rooftop deck was pretty cool, good views day and night and I rarely saw others out there
The beds were relatively comfy
Now for the bad.
The first of the two biggest deal breakers for me was the fact we could only get one set of keys our whole stay. There were multiple couples in our travelling party so we had to change our whole trips plans to accomodate having one set of keys between all of us. When I asked the property manager as well as her manager, I was told they'd look into it, but then never heard back despite reaching out to them very politely for a follow up. Very unprofessional.
The next big issue was parking, I could tell from the reviews the included parking space was small and likely not going to work for us. There is tons of parking garages in the area, however we had to spend over two hundred to park our two vehicles for our stay. There is street parking but there is also a decent sized "tent city" homeless camp meters away from the building and I had a very hard time wanting to park our cars near that.
That leads me to the next concern which is the amount of homeless people living on that road.
There were not quite enough AC units to cool the place, which I could also normally look past. However to escape the heat you have to open a window in the bedroom. Doing so you let in the noise of the I5 highway next to the building. I'm a heavy sleeper but I could not sleep through that, so we opted to sweat it out making for several Sleepless in Seattle jokes and some very tired mornings.
Another issue was every dish we went to use was filthy
In summary the nail in the coffin on this trip was the extra hundreds we were not planning on spending in order to park our cars, as well as the horrendous customer service we experienced from the property manager and her boss regarding a simple request of a second set of keys. I will not name drop them in the review but if anyone from VRBO or Vacasa actually cares, I do have them. I have never stayed at a rental with property management and assumed it was going to be the best treatment I've experienced, but it was by far the worst. As my first VRBO and Vacasa experience, I do have to say I am unlikely to use these services again unless someone is interested in providing some after-the-fact customer service.

Good spot to see plenty of what downtown Seattle had to offer
Room was nice and clean for the most part. Probably needs a good dusting but bedding, bathroom, living room and kitchen were clean. There’s plenty of portable AC units and fans to keep the entire place cool. Looks a little better in pictures than what it actually is but it still is a solid space for stay. I’d give it 4.5/5

Great location right off of Pike Street
Greeted at the property by the property manager to give us keys & answer any questions (avail via text for questions as well). Great walkability to so many amazing restaurants, sites & shops. 2 bedroom with comfortable, lived in, living room & kitchen. Also comes with security entrance & 1 stall parking in a garage. A gift basket of snacks was a nice touch! The negatives were there are no screens on the windows so you can’t let fresh air in, there is no AC or ceiling fans (a floor & table fan was provided for each bedroom), there is no vent in the bathroom so it got musty smelling. The parking slot was next to a wall with the neighbor’s car was parked crooked most of our trip (they parked straighter 1 day giving more room & then crooked again). This left us with only a few inches to get in and out of the car on the driver’s side. There is no way to get in on the passenger’s side. The gift basket came with 2 pkg’s of coffee (we stayed 4 nights).

Great downtown location
The condo is a bit older, but we’ll kept. The view of Seattle from the condo is beautiful. The convention center is right next door and there are countless restaurants and night spots within a short walking distance. Our host Doug, was very friendly and helpful during our stay.
