From the moment I arrived at Novotel Medellín, I was impressed by the sleek, modern design and the warm hospitality from the staff. The check-in process was smooth and professional, and I felt genuinely welcomed.
My room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with modern touches and a comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after a long day of exploring the city. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable—perfect for both work and streaming.
One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet: a fresh, delicious spread of local fruits, pastries, eggs, and Colombian coffee that’s hard to beat. The on-site restaurant also serves great meals throughout the day, with excellent service and a relaxing ambiance.
The location is perfect—close to El Poblado and within walking distance of great restaurants, shops, and nightlife, yet quiet enough for a restful night’s sleep. I also loved the rooftop pool and fitness center, both of which offered amazing views of the city and mountains.
Whether you're visiting Medellín for business or leisure, Novotel hits the sweet spot between comfort, style, and value. I will definitely be returning—and recommending it to friends and family."
