This hotel is very swanky and had great views. The pool was gorgeous and slightly heated. Staff made every request easy. Hotel adjoins a really nice mall which had many food options. While it’s on a hill so impractical to walk to Poblado center it’s a very short cab/uber away.
They had extra charges which I don’t recommend this hotel to my worst enemy

Disappointing for a property in such a high-end neighborhood, connected to an excellent mall. The room itself was nice, the pool small and the gym is decent. The major disappointment was the staff. We got the impression that they were primarily a bunch of young kids who really did not know what they were doing. A few examples: Despite repeatedly giving them our credit card for incidentals, it was only after multiple attempts that we were able to charge anything to the room. We ordered room service every morning, but they did not get our order correct for our entire stay. The room appeared superficially clean, however I happen to walk across it in my bare feet one morning and was appalled to see how much dust washed off in the shower. I twice asked to have a pair of pants Xpress cleaned, only to be reminded, twice, that I needed to have it ready by 8:30 for standard cleaning. Of course, I did not want standard cleaning, I wanted Xpress cleaning – which they eventually accomplished. Overall, a hotel with tremendous potential in what is arguably the nicest part of Medellin conveniently located next to a terrific mall. But it falls down badly in customer service.
HOTEL RATE IS NOT TRUE. This property is the only Accor Hotel in all Colombia that is CHARGING ADDITIONAL TAXES OUT OF THE POLICIES ESTABLISHED IN THE WEB PAGE, Multiple guests and Expedia clients were having discrepancies about this matter during our stay. it is clear that all foreign nationals that are not in Colombia more than 60 consecutive days should be reimbursed or not charged for the taxes which are really abusive. Novotel Bogota clearly explained the Novotel in El Tesoro Medeillin is not applying the tax properly. The hotel forces clients to take the breakfast option explaining the Colombian Law says it should be a Tourism Package to avoid the tax which is absolutely UNTRUE ACCORDING TO ALL OTHER HOTELS, We constantly stay in Colombia and its very unfair the advertised price is NOT THE PRICE YOU WILL BE CHARGED AT THE HOTEL.
The staff is SUPER friendly and get your request completed almost immediately! No complaints. Loved this stay.

Shopping so accessible plus convenient and close to my relatives
I liked the Hotel itself, the bed was very comfortable. The customer service can improve. At arrival no one assisted us with luggage, no one even cared to ask. The check-in was so long and the front desks staff was not welcoming. On the following day we asked for towels and they forgot to bring them, I had to call and re request them an hour later...... the cleaning ladies give you attitude if you are in the room resting when they come to clean the bedroom. This was very surprising, I have never experienced this behavior from hotel staff. Finally, what bothered me the most is the access to the Hotel. The hotel is located inside the mall, the main entrance is shared with the mall. To arrive and enter the hotel is very inconvenient. You have to stop and stand on the other side of the street, wait until the traffic staff stops all cars and the cross the street. Also, when the uber or taxis pick you up the hotel expects them to park across the street. As a guest, and as a the driver the first time you do not know that is a rule, therefore, you take the ride right in front the door, this is a big no and the traffic staff starts yelling you and giving you horrible attitude. The hotel is clean(is very new), but I will not be coming back here due to the overall lack of customer service and not pleasant attitude.
We loved the hotel is reasonably priced. The location next to the mall (shopping and restaurants) is very convenient. We also loved the spa offerings. We did not like the breakfast that was included. Selection of food was limited. Also the gym could use some barbells. Overall we loved the hotel and will definitely return.

The pool at the rooftop it’s amazing stunning view and the bar. A lot of option for cocktails . Great service. The rooms are very clean and spacious. I love everything about it.
