Great location that feels like a midway point between the more touristy aspects of Condado and the beach, and more traditional city vibes of places like Calle Cerra. Excellent staff, everyone is nice, personable and helpful, especially NInoshka at the front desk. Nice rooftop with a 360 view that gives you a long view towards the beach on one side, and the mountains on the other, with all sorts of highrise architecture and cityscape in between. My room was a good size with a comfortable bed, standard furnishings, comfortable use-of-space bathroom and a good view of the city area around Condado Beach (before you hit the beach itself). Housekeeping is consistent with the quality of cleaning, and of course if you want to sleep in after a night out you can put up the sign to skip your room for the day. I'd stay again👏

The Wave Hotel was well located - easy walk to the beach and La plazita. Short cab ride to T-Mobile district, Walmart and Old San Juan. The customer service and housekeeping was second to none. Only minor issues include the hot tube was not working, towels were quite old and thin and the pillows should be replaced. Otherwise a great experience. Will rebook when I revisit Puerto Rico.

This stay was great! Had everything we needed and is strategically placed in an area that is walking distance from the beach, lots of restaurants, stores also close to la placita which is also a plus for those with intentions of visiting that. Only thing is parking can be a little tricky, they have an area in the front or the side where you can park for free but it does fill up quickly. They have a guarded parking lot off to the side which is $25 a day which is more than reasonable in my opinion. This stay is obviously not a luxury hotel, it has its areas that could use improvement but I feel that many of the reviews don’t give it enough credit where it’s due, they’re rating this property as if they’re expecting ritzcarlton quality for a motel 6 price. The price is absolutely reasonable compared to other properties. The staff is out of this world too, the front desk is ALWAYS there to lend a hand and the gentleman who covers the night shift is an absolute gem. Cleaning staff is great. Thank you guys for housing us for the duration of our trip.
