Amazing resort, it has everything inside and the new spa that opened is just wonderful!!! Definitely will be visiting again!!
Beautiful views and very relaxing
Great beach area and tons of seating throughout the resort. Food options were good and the staff super friendly. The very loud dance music starting in the morning and going until 11pm was not good. Cannot stress enough how annoying the music was...Great gym if you likje to work out.
Staff & room was excellent...building is in need of some repairs and upgrades. Amenities was plentiful and location is totally AWESOME !!
La Concha was great. Location is very convenient resort has everything, casino, shopping, restaurants, bars, beaches, pool. the Spa was not open when we were there but was coming soon. the renovated parts are beautiful, majority of the resort is older though and could use some updates. overall great trip, would stay again.
We love La Concha but it is starting to show some neglect. The electrical outlet on our balcony didn't work. The television is extremely slow to change channels. It would also be nice if a small convenience shop was available in the hotel. The Aroma cafe was only open in the morning.
The biggest compliment for the cleaning staff. Our room was always really clean and done in time and when encountered in hallways they were friendly and helpful. The front desk service, however has left me disappointed for their entitlement and lack of hospitality from check in to check out. The resort is little outdated but looks like they are working on improvements. I would not recommend this place to my friends or family and will not be going back.
The concierge at the property was very unprofessional and went out of her way to be nasty. As a premier Bonvoy member, I’d never experienced such lack of customer service orientation!
Very beautiful property. The staff was outstanding, friendly, and helpful. Beach was fantastic and pool. Lots of fun things to do. Easy to get transportation.
The resort is beautiful and the staff are very accommodating and professional. Just beware that you have to pay a resort fee of $65 per day.
Very nice property that I've always admired from afar, and now I'm glad I finally decided to stay here. Excellent Stay!!!
