Beautiful apartment in Old San Juan

We loved it. The place was centrally located in Old San Juan making it so easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The apartment itself was lovely with cold a/c, super comfy memory foam mattresses and a well appointed kitchen and our host was kind and very prompt in his communication. Highly recommend!

Pretty property terrible beds

The property is cute and accurately listed. Extremely uncomfortable beds, poorly responsive host. Poor water pressure in showers, tepid but no hot water. We were forced to cancel our reservation after the first night( we could not sleep in those beds another night) after much back and forth the host agreed to fully refund the unused nights. I had asked if a mattress topper for one bed could be delivered so that we could stay. Instead , without sending anyone to the property he became defensive about the high quality mattress. This was a week ago and the refund has not been processed yet. Mind you this seems to be a property management company.
