Staff was very kind and let me leave my luggage before checkin. the hotel is so convenient to the beach and a lot of restaurants, absolute perfect location. I love that they keep the front door locked, so you feel your belongings are safe, and no one can just wander in. It’s not the most modern hotel, but the lobby sitting area and outdoor patio are wonderful. The outdoor patio is a great place to sit with a morning coffee, and my room had a 2 large windows and new bed/ mattress. Would definitely recommend for a fun easy vacation.

When we arrived, the staff did not answer the bell. A guest coming in opened the door for us and the staff told us that we had to wait because he was on break. Another guest rang bell, we had to open because staff was on break. Terrible facilities, not clean, noisy. Will never go there again.

Staff are as lovely as other reviews described. Location is great. Room was very small and quite rundown. Stains on walls; fridge broken; toilet paper holder missing; no shelf in bathroom. It’s functional and I slept well as curtains were dark, but would not recommend for long term stay.

The room was great; the staff amazing. The only areas for improvement are safes in the rooms. There are safes but they don't have the keys. ?? Get some safes in the rooms please! Also, if you are on the top level, as I was, there are no elevators and you have to lug your bags upstairs. Other than those two items, I had a wonderful time and would stay there again.

It took so long to check in . We were there around 9:00 am and was told that we will be able to check in around 3:30. However we were checked in around 4:30 pm. staff members were not friendly at all. The toilet kept leaking water, the shower water was cold , and TV was not working, the bed sheet seems not newly washed.

I was charged teice because i accidentally thought i was confirming my reservation but instead created a new reservation. I called expedia and kept getting a run around on the phone with NO positive results. As a longtime customer with Expedia I am 100% disappointed.
