Casa Sevilla, Coqui Studio
The beautiful Coqui Studio Apartment is located on the ground floor of Casa Sevilla, just steps from the Condado lagoon, the beach and the best restaurants in the area. This independent apartment has a private entrance to the room from its private terrace with a microwave, small fridge and essential utensils.
This studio can accommodate up to two guests as it has one king size. In addition, Coqui has a private interior bathroom, air conditioner, smart flat screen TV with Netflix and free unlimited Wi-Fi service. Sheets, blankets and bath towels are also provided.
The Coqui studio apartment is located just two blocks away from the beach (6 minute walk), the Condado Lagoon and Ashford Ave. which is full of Puerto Rico's most famous restaurants, bars and casinos. It is also located nearby a lot of captivating attractions such as La Placita de Santurce and museums. The apartment is less than ten minutes away from Old San Juan and the Puerto Rico Convention Center, and it is also super close to the main airport (12 minutes).

Our rooms are located in 3 levels, and most of them are walk-up access as we do not have elevators. We also count with a lovely rooftop full equipment. The main house has its own kitchen on the ground floor and many more amenities for your entertainment! Enjoy your private terrace or share one of the intimate shared sitting areas.

The property overall is good for uber or taxi users. As per the post and confirmed with 2 different VRBO agents, it states that there it does have "parking" available, while it not. You have to look for places in the street. The communication is really poor. There is a phone provided that is out of service. The only way I was able to communicate was through email.
I requested a consideration from the host for the "parking"and stated that I was lying and try to cause harmed his business. He even sent me the post which clearly states that parking is available while it wasnt. The studio itself is nice and clean, but its "smartly" priced as if a parking place is avajlable. Wont stay again, hes was insulting by calling me a liar. Think again, about staying in this property.
