I did not stay w you. You cancelled my stay while I was on my flight to Puerto Rico. When I arrived to Puerto Rico I had no one to contact, everything is automated. Worst! no place to stay and no money to get a new room. I called my cc ( third party lender) so I can get credit for a new room and I was told until ( you) vrbo cancelled on their end I still own the money. It was the worst feeling to not have a place to go lay your head to… worst experience
