I would absolutely stay again.

I honestly wanted to give it 5 stars because the owner was very nice and communicative. THIS PLACE HAS THE ABSOLUTE BEST HOT WATER ON THE ISLAND OF PUERTO RICO. That is first and foremost. Off that alone i could easily give it 5 stars because hot water is a must in PR but could be pretty uncommon. After all it’s hot all year around. The place was great, check in was smooth, and security of the complex was fabulous. However i do think someone tried to break into our place. We returned after a night out to find the door knob may have been removed. It could also just have been the heat and humidity softened the glue that held it on. Nothing was taken so I'm banking on the latter. The beach is more like a 700m 12 minute walk. Now the ocean is about 300m but you can’t swim there because of the rocks. But if you’re in San Juan PR just drive to Isla Verde or Carolina beaches. He's renovating also so the place will continue to get better and better. The AC was great, and the bed was comfy. You can book with confidence here.

The bed was so comfortable the room was clean and getting in and out of the area was smooth. The beach was great and close, I know that the electricity can go out and that was my only gripe, last day no internet or air conditioning.

The host did not provide me check in information until mid way through my flight and getting vrbo involved, making it extremely stressful.My door knob broke during my stay. The coffee maker was still in the box. It is new and it seems like they are still figuring a lot out.
