I had an incredibly pleasant stay at this hotel and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and comfortable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went out of their way to make me feel at home. Everyone—from the front desk to housekeeping—was genuinely kind, attentive, and professional. Check-in was smooth, and I was greeted with warm smiles and helpful information about the hotel amenities and nearby places to eat. Any questions I had were answered with patience and enthusiasm, which made a big difference after a long day of travel. The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. What stood out most, though, was how thoughtful the staff were throughout my stay. Whether it was offering directions, accommodating special requests, or just checking in to see if I needed anything, they consistently went above and beyond. A special thank you to Ricardo and Ive for your kindness and hospitality—it truly made my trip more enjoyable. It’s not every day you come across such genuine service. This location was close to beach, however you get exactly what you pay for we paid $113 for 1 night and I did not see any bugs. I would not recommend more than one night. Lots of easy things could be done to make the stay more comfy. A microwave, clean towels and wash cloths, mattress pads as mattress was very hard.

Our visit started with us checking in late, I don't remember who checked us in but he was very friendly and professional. We got upgraded to their other hotel about a block away and closer to the beach. Daniel at the front desk and Samuel in housekeeping were very professional and friendly. Checkout was easy and smooth. We had a few hours before departing and asked if we could keep our suitcases there while we went to eat and they took our bags with no problem. Our room was clean and a few steps from the beach and close to everything which we loved.

I liked how close it was to the beach, but the Wi-Fi was an issue and the staff didn’t always clean up after the guest receptionist would leave the reception area alone so there was no one to open up the door for you. Also checking in early is not something they do. The price was very good and I would go again besides the deficiencies in certain areas.

The hotel gives more like a motel 6 vibes. We arrived early and paid the extra fee to check in early. The room we received was not as expected, no phone, no internet connection. Called Expedia and check with the front desk Alex to see if they could accommodate the stay he said he had to check and see if upper management could approve that. Our room was not cleaned for any of the days we stayed, we had to go to the lobby and take our dirty towels to get clean ones.
