The hotel is right next to a casino (i did not know) and the whole hotel smelled like cigarettes. There was no light in the hallway in the 6th floor so walking to our rooms was earie. The dinnerwas bad. The only thing we were very happy about was the breakfast. We are not coming back there.

The breakfast is the only thing offered for free by the hotel, so I guess it makes sense that it’s the same exact thing every morning. It’s not horrible but also not the greatest. Overall condition of the hotel is not bad, but the staff service at the restaurants is terrible. We waited over an hour for simple food and other people around us kept getting their food. The thing is they don’t come and check in on you to see if you need anything in the meantime. At the bar in the lobby they see your drink is empty and don’t offer another; they don't chat with you like bars usually do. It’s just weird. Customer service is very low around food services.
