They didn’t change the sheets. They didn’t clean because the maids quit. The owner was drunk and rude. The worst experience ever!! I want my money back.

Pros - gated parking, nice area, Uber available - use it as driving was difficult Cons - the stay did not match the description: there was no daily housekeeping, there were dogs on the property including at the pool and hot tub when it said no pets, the laundry was not self serve and charged for it, there was not someone at the desk 24 hours and it was not always manned by trained staff. One night the maintenance worker that was there gave keys to our unit to new guests and they entered our apartment after midnight when we were sleeping. We did get an apology the next day with the explanation that he didn't know the unit was occupied.

I did not expect to be that much beautiful view. Just get ready to go up some good stairs if you choose the highest room. It's like a studio apartment, but overall very private and beautiful.

Parking & cleaning inadequate

Parking was very inadequate and cramped for that many rooms. Also, by no fault of our own late at night our toilet ran over and filled the bathroom floor with water and feces. A young lady was kind enough to come mop up the water with towels, but no one came to clean the floor of the bathroom and get the feces off the side of the toilet until two days later, and only then when I called and asked them to come clean the floor.

Love this place

It's a wonderful apartment, fully equipped. I actually cooked 18pound turkey and fed 8 people in the house. You have everything at the pool and sauna area for a party. Depending on the apartment you will have steps to reach the different levels outside. No lift(elevator). You will need an Uber or taxi for shopping, which is close.

Beautiful views of the countryside. Room was clean; staff performed daily cleanings without us having to ask which was completely unexpected. We did however have a few ants in the bathroom. The staff took care of it immediately. Whatever spray they used was odorless and worked!! We didn't see any more ants for the duration of our stay. One evening we ran out of hot water but other than that - no complaints.

Property is a little dated. But the new owners went out of there way to accommodate! The view of the city was priceless! No A/C in the room we had but was not needed at the time of stay.

I got a fantastic, full apartment for what was called an Economy studio. I don’t know if this place has studios. The apartment was incredible for what I paid. It would cost hundreds of dollars per night or more in a different location and circumstance. It had a superb view of the city too. Unfortunately it was not in a good location, for me, anyway, way up on a hill. Without a car there wasn’t much I could do, and I had to deal with hills when I took walks. I am old and have a bad knee. So if you decide to stay here, rent a car or use Uber.

The hotel was exactly what we needed to at end of a long day of travel. Communication was excellent. Since we gave our flight info just as we landed we recv a pin drop of the hotel location so we could easily open and navigate. Parking was behind gate and in carport. On-site gym was a good morning option to start our day.

Excellent host...Super friendly. Room was huge with incredible views. All supplies were there. TVs worked fine. Kitchen had all your needs. Clean throughout. Parking was very very tight but secure.
