We had a great stay at Kasa Niche. The location is fabulous. Rooms are small but very well designed. Comfortable bed. We received our check in code as promised and entry was easy. I made a request for an extra sheet before check in and it was in our room upon arrival. For the cost, Kasa Niche is a wonderful option. We will definitely stay here again!

Location was great which is why we chose the hotel. We walked to the Museum at the old Courthouse which was impressive, and there are good eating places nearby. Parking worked out fine for us - you have to be conscious of when the meters at the lot in back of the hotel need to be fed, and when the time begins for unrestricted/free parking as there can then be a backup of cars competing for spaces. The negative was a non-functioing air-conditioning sytem when the weather was hot. They provided fans for use in our room but that did not do away with the discomfort.

There is no staff, only virtual, which took some getting used to. The room was extremely efficient . My only complaint was the sound proofing between rooms, I could hear people next door talking and their television. Conversations in rooms were audible in the hallway.
